CCC to Host Webinar Series Addressing Current Trends for the Automotive Claims and Collision Repair Industries

CCC Information Services Inc. recently announced that it will host a three-part webinar series addressing current trends for the automotive claims and collision repair industry. Following the release of its annual Crash Course report earlier this month, which looks at how world events, new technologies and the empowered consumer are impacting auto collision repair and total loss costs, CCC will use the webinar series to delve more deeply into these topics and offer actionable insights for how repairers and carriers can remain competitive in today’s environment. CCC compiles Crash Course by drawing upon its extensive data warehouse of auto claims and repair information.

Hosted by CCC’s Lead Analyst Susanna Gotsch, each webinar in the series will focus on a set of interconnected trends and discuss their potential impact on repairer and carrier business performance. Session topics include:

  • Tuesday, April 3 at 2pm CDT. Anatomy of a Total Loss – A discussion on the key drivers for rising total loss frequency and the impact on repair-ability and loss costs
  • Wednesday, April 11 at 2pm CDT. Data – Moving Beyond Data-driven Insights; how to apply data to predict claims outcomes for optimal claims management and improved CSI
  • Monday, April 16 at 2pm CDT. Consumer Preferences and Expectations – the immediate and longer-term impact of a changing vehicle population for the auto claims and collision repair industries
