CREW Webcast to Explore Consumer Marketing in DRP Dominated Environment

The May broadcast of the Collision Repair Executive Webcast (CREW) will feature Mike LeVasseur, President and Chief Operating Officer, Keenan Autobody and Cathy Bonner, Chief Executive Officer, Service King, to discuss collision repair consumer marketing in a DRP dominated environment. Both speakers will address such topics as branding for easy recognition, customer loyalty, creating an on-line presence and developing a marketing strategy that makes sense for every size business.

CollisionWeek is the exclusive media distribution channel for CREW, which offers bi-monthly topical, high-level industry information. The webcast is produced and moderated by Matthew Ohrnstein, Symphony Advisors, Vincent Romans, The Romans Group and Erick Bickett, FIX Auto. The delivery format is a web-based visual presentation of the content and will be available on the CollisionWeek website starting May 17, 2012.

Future webcasts will be available for viewing on the CollisionWeek website to all CollisionWeek subscribers as well as CREW sponsors and sponsor guests. Registered guests on the CollisionWeek website will be able to view the production on its broadcast day only. Archived editions of webcasts will be available on the CREW website at and are accessible to CREW sponsors and sponsor guests.
